CropLife concern over APVMA performance

16 May 2017 via Biotech Dispatch: CropLife Australia has again expressed concern over the Turnbull government’s decision to relocate the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) from Canberra to Armidale.

According to CropLife, performance statistics show the regulator achieved only 30 per cent of work within statutory time-frames for crop protection registrations, down from 82 per cent compared to the September quarter last year.
